I just heard a happy, upbeat Muzak version of "Please Come Home For Christmas" while on hold waiting to talk to my insurance agent.

That is just SICK.

I really shouldn't find my manager's having less technical skill as funny as I do; this is the person who gets to review my performance, after all.

But I can't help wanting to laugh right now...
