Oh God, I hope she means what it sounds like she means, and has the backbone to stick with it.

I firmly believe that when future archeologist look back and try to figure out why the US finally collapsed, they'll be able to trace a huge portion of the problem all the way back to that decision. I know it'll never change--there's too much economic power vested in keeping things as they are--but I can dream.

This is quite possibly one of the MOST IMPORTANT issues in constitutional law presently in front of our courts. I sure hope she sticks to her guns.
