Poly Ticks...

I have to admit that seeing how close the election is running in the projections amuses the hell out of me. Maybe people will start paying attention to the races more now. God knows having it teeter on the brink the way it's doing should wake a few people up to how sometimes, it actually does matter whether you vote.

Besides, by voting I bought the right to bitch about what happens for the next four years, either way.

ON THE OTHER HAND...

My dad called me earlier to let me know that they were going to a victory party for one of the local candidates.

He told me I should go to it, too, but did he bother to tell me where it was!?! Hmph.

About time, too...

Just got the call from my dad (only took me about fifteen tries, too!) On my way to the party - This should be fun; I haven't been to a victory party in a long, long time.
