Feb. 25th, 2003 08:20 amThe good: Thanks to the snow, I don't have to go to work today. This gives me more time to work on the things I need to get done before tomorrow (like drilling on practice tests for the MCP exam I scheduled,) and I don't have to worry about being stuck on a long support call.
The bad: Most days I'm trying to wake up by the time I finally stopped trying to stay asleep. The hell is up with that? Because I was really looking forward to the chance to sleep in past when I normally have to be at work (since as of last night, they had decided that they wouldn't open until 10,) and my body started forcing me to wake up about 7:15. Gee, body, thanks ever so goddamn much. And the fact that I haven't found my can opener since I moved makes the prospect of opening any of the canned goods I want to cook for dinner something of a lost cause. Hmph.
And there's not enough snow on my balcony for me to build a snowman from! Thank you oh so much, Nature, you Mother!
/me will stop rambling now
