Grrrrrrr...

Heard the opening of "Let's Get It On" in the computer lab just now, which prompted the following conversation:

"Is that Al Green?"

Me: "No, I think it's Marvin Gaye."

"Oh, right. Al Green has a lower voice. Oh well, it's all before my time."

Which prompted me to think "Bastard."

Shut up, young'un, or I'm gonna start hitting you with my cane.

Bah. Damned writer's block!

What I need to have by 1pm: 2-4 pages
What I have managed to produce so far: 0.5 pages

I hate writing analyses. Why can't I just write my own argument, instead of having to write about what somebody else was arguing!?!

Just glad that I get a chance to revise this thing after it's been turned in for initial review.

Got almost a full two pages typed out on my analysis. Good, this means that revising it will be slightly less of a pain.

Got to see if I can't get it somewhere into the third page during revision without padding...

HUZZAH!

FINALLY got all the hurdles between me and being connected to the net cleared. Am in the process of downloading all my messages - I hope that it will get done with pulling down the list of how many messages there are on my server sometime soon...
