And on a lighter note...
Feb. 4th, 2005 11:32 amJust to prove that my brain doesn't always choose the same way of making me suffer, this thought hit me just a few minutes ago:
Would Sumerian Communion be Inannabalism?
(One of the first people I shared that with told me I'm fired.)
EDIT: Additions from friends from two separate chats who can be counted on to take a demented concept and run with it (I love you guys for stuff like this):
EDG [to Prodigal]: Would communion by sanctifying and consuming oneself be onannibalism?
<UrsulaV> And would devouring people crossing the Alps be Hannibalism?
<Blacksnail> Only if they were fed to elephants
EDG says "You know, Hannibal and Attilla are permanently linked in my brain for some reason. And any time I think of Attilla I think of Gary Larson's drawing of "Attilla the Bun"..."
(And if you can think of more to carry the cannibalism pun theme along, by all means share!)
A friend I was talking to on the phone added "If you eat somebody wearing childrens' clothing, is that Garanimalism?"
