What the hell are you thinking? Are you thinking!?! She's not going to get elected President - not in 2008, that's for damn sure.
If you secure the nomination for Hillary, you're ensuring that whatever chump the GOP puts on the ticket will win, and unlike the last two elections, he'll win without anybody needing to cheat. The Republicans want Hillary to tun, because it will let them attack Bill again, and again, and again, and again, like they've been doing without end since 1992, except that now they'll be able to do so more publically, and more viciously, than they currently are. Did you think the Swift Boat ads were bad? They're nothing compared to what Hillary will get.
Mark my words: If Hillary is nominated, we're going to see the the Republicans stage nastiest campaign any of us have seen in our lifetimes. It may well make the Cleveland/Blaine race look civil.
Haven't entirely decided whom I think ought to get the nod in 08 (although Feingold looks like he may have enough of a spine to support,) but I can not, and will not, support a candidate so tailor-made for destruction at the GOP's hands as Hillary would be.
