I was playing Axis & Allies at the convention until almost 5am (I took over for the guy playing America, who had more sense than I about getting sleep before working a con in the morning,but I hadn't played the game in forever and it was too tempting a chance to pass up.)
Was cool hanging out at the table beforehand, too; got a chance to spend time with a GoH who was also sitting there watching the game (and who had more sense about turning in at a sane hour than any of the rest of us.)
I totally screwed up in the game by leaving only one infantryman to guard the Eastern US, when Germany had way too many troop carriers within invasion range, but really, by that point we all wanted the game to be over with so we could sleep anyway, so it's all good.
Time to get some food and get back to the convention, though, so I'm outta here til sometime tomorrow.
