I Can't Believe This Isn't One of Grant Morrison's Creations...

Anybody who's familiar with Grant Morrison's run on Doom Patrol knows that he got into a gloriously weird place every time he sat down to turn out a script for it (Animal Man too, really). When I discovered that this wasn't one of his creations, I must admit to a very large amount of surprise on my part.

Anyway, if you want to see one of the most mind-burningly wrong supervillain concepts since, well, supervillains, go read up on The Codpiece.
