Big Dumb Stupid Music

And now that I've said that, I guess I ought to tell you what Big Dumb Stupid music is, huh? Well, it's music that's big, and dumb, and stupid.
What, you want more of an explanation? Ok, fine. Be that way. By "big", I mean that it's loud and overblown, the kind of thing you'd play at top volume while driving at well past the legal speed limit with the top of your car down (if you have a convertible), or with the sunroof open if you have one of those. By "dumb", I mean that it's got lyrics that you can't quite make out, but which are either actually dumb, or kinda silly if you think about them too hard. As for "stupid", what it takes to make something both dumb and stupid is that it has to be sung with absolute sincerity and seriousness by band that recorded it. If they were going for the irony, they eliminated themselves from consideration.
"Du Hast" is the song that inspired me to coin the term, but I think I've found a song that's even more perfectly big, and dumb, and stupid than it. And I am unapologetically in love with it like I have loved few songs before it. Video embedded below.
