I guess it's just a question of exactly where the borders of your squick threshold lie. I find the vibrator funny, because it's taking a design for a children's toy and using it on a, well, "toy."
But the idea of a Hello Kitty product designed to absorb menstrual blood just makes my skin crawl off into the next room.
As long as it is a brand name (ie it just has the face on the box of them and not the napkins themselves) I have no problem with it. Mostly because girls are starting their periods as young as 10 sometimes and it might make them feel better if they get to use something that makes them feel ok... That doesn't bother me. The sex toy I found disturbing because it was just um... Overboard.
I can handle making a cute picture for something that you are trying to sell... You know like something as "interesting" (not sure that is the word but its the best I can come up with) as menstral blood. Now if the actual pad is shaped like Hello Kitty then I would have to say that is just icky... However if it is just who is on the box then its not really that bad. At least you don't bleed ON the kitty.
The faces are on the napkins! If you look at the large picture of the package up for sale, you can see wee HK faces through the clear parts of the plastic.

And the vibrator is...unusual to say the least.
