Ragweed season is upon us, and I am feeling the cold hand of my allergies clamped around each lung. This whole "feeling like I've been kicked in the lungs" thing has got to go.

Unfortunately, it ain't going away for a few days yet - my allergy specialist advises me that ragweed season hits its peak on September 21st. Which means, if when all this started is anything to judge by, about another full week of sheer bloody misery.

Am considering having my nostrils epoxied shut for the duration. Anybody know a doctor who can perform that for a reasonable rate?
