I needed to conference in somebody from his team in order to rule out whether a specific set of errors that were showing up with greater frequency than grams of cocaine on W's flight suit during the early 1970s were causing the problem that I was troubleshooting.
So first he proceeds to leave me on hold for a long-assed time while he drags his feet about being brought online, then after he's talked to the customer a little bit, while the guy is working on something he comes over and stands just outside my cube, talking about how this really isn't the problem, and asks me to ask the guy we're working with questions on his behalf.
Not being helpful is one thing. Aggressively refusing to be helpful pisses me off.
He actually looked surprised when I snapped at him with "Could you go back to your desk and ask him that yourself?" after he'd given me the third question to relay.
