Quick Okonomiyaki-alike (no real name for it)

1 package of ramen
1 egg
Cooking Oil

1. Boil noodles
2. Drain
3. In bowl, beat eggs; add flavoring packet, stir, and follow with noodles
4. Toss into heated pan and cook until eggs are firm.

Serves one.

opt. sauce:

Mix equal quantities soy and ketchup, brush over one side.

I think I'll have to try this sometime...

I tried it out tonight. I tossed in a little sriracha sauce to the egg mixture, but otherwise left it alone. It's pretty good. Would be better with some frozen veggies tossed in.
